Traditional Wellness Coaching
As a wellness coach, my role is to be a partner with you in making self-directed, lasting changes that are aligned with your values. This type of coaching focuses on big picture wellness and may include coaching on topics such as sleep, stress, energy, physical health, life balance, exercise, mental health, financial fitness, weight management, healthy eating, spiritual growth, etc. Clients are welcome to bring lab work results to the sessions to help guide their health goals. These virtual coaching sessions last for 30-45 minutes. Additionally, clients will receive access to private messaging support between sessions. All sessions take place through a private, secure health coaching platform.

Intensive Holistic Health Coaching
Do you have specific health and wellness concerns that you would like to explore further? This type of holistic health coaching is for you! Together, we will learn more about your health habits, stressors on your body, and what wellness goals you are seeking to achieve. Together, we will create a custom wellness plan to help you achieve your health goals. These sessions will be 60-90 minutes for an initial appointment and 45 minutes for follow-up appointments. All appointments will take place through a virtual, secure coaching platform.
